Target Total Cash Range: $104,250.00 - $130,250.00

Senior Analyst- IT- Finance Systems at a glance

Kraft Heinz is currently hiring a Senior Analyst- IT - Finance Systems to join the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Team.

As the Senior Analyst- IT - Finance Systems you will partner with the various Finance organizations within Kraft Heinz to build process and technology capabilities that support their growth and strategic agenda.  You will LEARN Oracle Enterprise Performance Management tools (primarily HFM and FDMEE) and help oversee the daily operations of our financial consolidation and external reporting systems. 

What's on the menu?

  • Help with the administration of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and FDMEE applications.

  • Manage month end close process from a system perspective.

  • Provide end user support- troubleshoot issues- and guide users on system capabilities.

  • Maintain batch processes for data load and consolidations.

  • Implement HFM and FDMEE system changes related to hierarchy structures- rules- reports- mappings etc.

  • Track system change requests- maintain system documentation and processes.

  • Focus on continuous improvements and process automations to automate data loads and consolidation processes.

  • I am strong at task management and communication- looking to expand my Project Management Skills

  • I have some functional or technical experience with financial consolidation- planning- budgeting or forecasting tools (such as HFM- Workday- OneStream- Anaplan).  Skills are transferrable – we will train.

  • I have knowledge of data management concepts and interested in expanding exposure to automation tools such as EPM Automate

  • I am a proficient user of the Microsoft Office tools (Excel- Word- Power Point- Share Point- Teams)

  • I have a passion to learn- challenge myself professionally and contribute to team goals

  • I feel empowered to fail- learn- and grow with an experimental mindset to drive innovation
