Description & Requirements

Key finance role to support the company's efforts to optimize operations throughout the US Supply Chain. Works across the organization to create optimal processes and tools. 

Takes a leadership role in the budget- process improvement- and results process.
Initiates analytical projects to identify opportunities.  Leads teams to deliver on commitments.

Key Components of the role

  • Establish efficient financial processes (budgeting- results)
  • Creating financial models and implementing supporting tools
  • Gathering market data to analyze trends and benchmarks
  • Participates in the annual budget process; focused on identifying risks and opportunities
  • Lead projects for process improvements- automation
  • Own maintenance and update of systems
  • Check for accuracy of NIC rates


  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting  
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Advanced MS Excel skills desired
  • Hyperion and SAP skills desired
  • Proven strong analytical- interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills a must
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week.
