Role Overview

As the Foodservice Commercial Marketing Lead at Kraft Heinz Canada- you will be leading the marketing execution plans of the top commercial Quick Service (QSR) and Full Service (FSR) customers. You will be responsible for the development and execution of the short and long term customer plan as well as have ownership of the revenue and profit margin of these respective customers. This role will report to Associate Director Channel Marketing.  

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of Marketing Customer Priorities through internal data analysis- customer information and external research to identify business opportunities to continue to grow Kraft Heinz’s presence within Commercial Foodservice
  • Lead the commercialization of customer label driven projects such as product renovation- product innovation and product maintenance initiatives
  • Lead customer brand impression strategy at respective customers and how to further penetrate with core brand priorities through menus- digital and other promotional activities
  • Lead with Finance the customer P&L to ensure profit and margin have long term sustainability- drive profit improvement initiatives- and develop strategy for upcoming RFPs  
  • Collaborate with Sales counterpart on customer priorities and execute plans as a team
  • Lead and build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing & Marketing Services (immediate team)- Sales- Finance- Supply Chain & Operations- Research & Development and Retail (Category and Brand Build)
  • Assist with Sales to build strong external relationships with Customer’s Marketing and Research & Development teams to discuss on-going and future projects.
  • Lead internal and external rituals and routines to drive customer priorities and ensure business commitments are met
  • Manage a direct report and provide coaching and guidance on their respective projects and personal development

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree is a requirement
  • Knowledge of Foodservice Industry is considered an asset
  • Be able to communicate effectively to multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership- drive for results and superior execution
  • Superior communication skills- including verbal- written and presentation
  • Good interpersonal skills working with many levels within the organization.
  • Solid analytical- problem solving skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to identify and develop innovative ideas- understand brand strategies and business solutions
  • Knowledge and ability to gather- interpret and apply industry insights and trends
