Base Salary Range: $121,300.00 - $151,600.00

Target Total Cash Range: $163,755.00 - $204,660.00

Target Total Cash: *Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Description & Requirements

The position of Sr. Manager- Employee Experience IT Architect will have significant understanding of Employee lifecycle journeys- Global Employee Experience and the supporting technology.    The Employee Experience IT Architect will be passionate about delivering the best possible end user experience across technologies and platforms and ideally have prior experience in building out an Employee Experience layer and have a good understanding of integration design and usage.   The role will build close relationships with key stakeholders including product owners and HR leaders to ensure the team's effort is aligned with the overall strategy. They are accountable overall for effective and accurate requirements gathering so that solution design primarily leverage out-of-the-box functionality that promotes scalability- sustainability- and simplicity. They will in collaboration with the Product Owner- develop a Strategic Roadmap. They also work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into user stories- features and epics. The Employee Experience IT Architect will be accountable for specific business KPIs / outcomes based on the area of the product they are focused on at Kraft Heinz.  This role will have a key connection to the IT Service Now platform owner and play a key role on the Agile team building and maintaining the experience layer as well as a connection to HR Service delivery support tied to HR and GBS support as well as other Functions and locations. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the strategic IT partner to the HR global Experience lead and team
  • Develops in Collaboration with the Product Owner Strategic Roadmap
  • Operates across technologies to ensure the best experience is achieved
  • Partners with application support resources for target and source systems involved in Employee Journey
  • Active lead on Agile team(s)- working closely with the agile team- leveraging Agile @ Scale and SAFe methodology to proactively manage risks- resolve issues- manage external vendors to deliver stories per sprint commitments.
  • Ensures clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
  • Ensures that KHC processes and controls are followed in all activities
  • Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking of key performance metrics to stakeholders against product strategy and vision
  •  Partner with HR Experience Product owner and IT Experience platform owner - Strategy and agile delivery of Experience products


  • Project management experience- solid understanding of project management principles.  Agile Product delivery experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and past software development experience
  • Excellent Relationship Building experience and skills.
  • Confident and skilled at guiding the team through organizational roadblocks to allow Sprints to be completed on time
  • Understanding of key HR concepts and processes and the employee lifecycle
  • Service Now as a global portal and Experience layer
  • Understanding of Integrations and the role of connecting technology platforms
  • Workday or similar HR Technology experience
  • Passion and experience related to building best-in-class Employee Experience
