Description & Requirements

The Senior Manager, Marketing Excellence – Integrated Marketing is accountable for leading a cross-functional team of marketing experts to design, create and deploy best-in-class connected consumer experiences that deliver against the brand strategy. They are accountable for owning team routines, data integrity of the brand activations in their scope and driving enterprise marketing priorities inclusion in go-to-market activation. Using strong organizational and leadership skills are essential to connect these multi-disciplinary teams and build an environment of collaboration, ownership and trust with a high bar for marketing excellence.

Key Components of the Role (Job Responsibilities)

  • Partner with a cross functional team in planning & execution of marketing communications and connected consumer experiences for high priority brands
  • Understand the brand strategy and marketing ecosystem, acting as an objective integrator of the cross functional team ensuring a connected consumer experience and that marketing and growth priorities are included from brief to execution
  • Drive continuous improvement of our marketing operating model through internal qualitative feedback and quantitative measurement against operating model metrics, sharing learning and progress with Marketing Excellence team and leadership
  • Own Marketing Command Center data integrity for the brands supported; includes all aspects of the integrated marketing plan (complete brief/intake forms, activation calendars, connected assets, in-market dates, appropriate meta tags, etc.)
  • Manage cross functional routines ensuring key achievements, activities and results are assigned and delivered with executional excellence

Qualifications

  • Prior proven experience effectively leading cross functional teams within a matrixed marketing organization or marketing agency
  • Proven knowledge of the marketing ecosystem (brand management, brand communications, creative agency, digital, media, ecomm/omni, operations, IT, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, process and communication skills; this role is a connector of people and information ensuring marketing priorities and programs are well-integrated and delivered with excellence
  • Experience with continuous improvement and change efforts

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
