About the Position 

We are seeking a skilled Analytics lead to join our Finance Digital Transformation journey. In this role- you will be part of the S/4 Hana Central Finance implementation by providing Reporting and Analytics expertise. You will lead the Finance team and the System Integration partner- closely with senior stakeholders in business & IT- into requirements gathering- solutioning and delivery of the new platform. The lead provides input into project plan- status reporting- management of project controls- ensure quality delivery in their respective area. Engage with subject matter experts in the business throughout the project to ensure solution will meet business needs. 

 

The reporting lead is responsible for gathering the business requirements consequently creating a connection between Central Finance and KHC current data lake (Snowflake/Azure) fulfilling the business demand for management reports. During the project- this role will lead the analytics agenda working closely with the IT leads across the regions to make sure requirements and CFIN reporting functionalities are being met. There is a need to take an international approach but to tailor to local requirements where needed. 

 

Responsibilities (Duties that must be performed on a regular basis): 

  • Creates a successful link between the Finance/GBS organization needs and the technical aspects of the Central Finance Modules implementation with the IT Team.  

  • Provides functional expertise- hands-on delivery- customizations- guidance- presentation- and training on SAP functionality- as the starting point for train the trainer. 

  • Remove any impediments preventing the team from making progress 

  • Map business requirements- processes- and objectives and develop necessary product modifications 

  • Conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops. 

  • Conducts testing cycle with the business  

  • Maintains relationships with business process owners and acquire sign-offs as applicable 

Requirements : 

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working in Reporting & Analytics combined with experience in Finance and Accounting 

  • Analytics experience is a must: Data Lake (Snowflake and Azure)- Tableau or Power BI 

  • Experience in working in a large global FMCG company 

  • A forward- strategic thinker that can help craft the way their business process or domain operates in the future  

  • A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in their domain with a solid understanding of how the existing business works or strong knowledge in functional skillset   

  • Great communicator – written and verbal  

  • Has foresight to see issues- and risks in their domain- and have the courage to escalate where required

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
