Description & Requirements

Senior Commercialization Excellence Project Manager: with direct reports

  • LEAD high profile- cross-platform projects (25%)

  • PARTNER with IT to own ProjectNOW System Continuous Improvement Initiatives (25%)

  • DRIVE commercialization best practice (process and system) development and training (50%)

Key Components

  • Lead high-profile commercialization efforts for projects across the North American Zone- spanning multi-businesses- key cost saving initiatives- and/or strategic business priorities.

  • Ensure effective team engagement which may include establishing and managing team routines and documentation. Review project timelines and cost regularly with the project team- facilitate creation of mitigation/contingency plans and lead communication.

  • Develop and coach members on the PMO organization- either directly or indirectly- to mature into effective Project Managers driving project delivery for KHC.

  • Drive best practice efficiency and consistency in various category collaborator governance forums (i.e. Call to Action Meetings/Stage Gate) through system and process improvement support

  • Manage Business and Manufacturing Systems initiatives as the need arises and support the continuous improvement of the commercialization process through collaboration with key partners.

  • Lead ProjectNOW Steering Committee for continuous system improvement and maintenance

  • Drive PCM Community through partnerships and team building

  • Influence and drive change in the Project Management community through process and system

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a consumer-first environment

  • 5+ years’ experience in commercialization project management

  • Possess a strong understanding of project management principles- including project planning- resource allocation- risk management and timeline management to ensure successful project delivery

  • Strategic capabilities/discernment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate ambiguity

  • Mentality to work towards results.

  • Demonstrated ability mentoring or coaching an individual contributor providing ongoing support and guidance to facilitate their professional development

  • Exhibits a results-driven mentality with a focus on achieving goals and objectives through proactive problem-solving- strategic thinking and effective decision-making

  • Maintains a growth mindset that embraces challenges- values feedback and prioritizes continuous learning and improvement

  • Proven ability to learn quickly in ambiguous and fast-paced environments- effectively managing uncertainty and adapting to changing priorities while being solution oriented

  • Extensive experience in building- growing- and strengthening stakeholder relationships including but limited to peers- vendors and cross-functional teams through effective communication- collaboration and conflict resolution to drive business success

  • Experience growing- building- and strengthening relationships.

  • Exceptional Communication-Written and Presentation

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
