Description & Requirements

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Stagiaire en Customer Service pour rejoindre notre équipe de Supply Chain pour un stage de 2 mois, débutant en Avril/Mai.

Le stagiaire service client a pour objectif d’assurer aux clients le meilleur service possible tout en ayant un suivi permanent des coûts, et optimisations possibles en interne (préparation, transport…).

Principales missions :

Réception, intégration des commandes (EDI, fax ou mail)

  • Vérification des informations (adresses, dates, articles, quantités) et respect à nos conditions de vente. 

  • Suivre le cycle complet de la commande, de sa réception à sa livraison

  • Vérification des tarifs envoyés par les clients, études des écarts éventuels et signalement aux services comptabilités et commercial

  • Signalement des anomalies éventuelles aux services concernés (commandes d’articles arrêtés, promotions incohérentes…) 

 

Communication et gestion des incidents

  • Suivi et communication aux clients et comptes clés des ruptures sur commandes et suivi de leur gestion (retard, ruptures, date…) 

 

Support aux autres services pour :

  • Récupération des bons de livraison pour gestion des litiges ou justifications des taux de services

  • Optimisation des coûts et commandes avec les équipes logistiques

  • Analyse des résultats obtenus – point mensuels clients 

Profil recherché :

  • Etudiant(e) en formation Ecole de commerce.

  • Connaissance de Excel.
