Intern Supply Chain

As an Intern in Supply Chain you will be part of the S&OP team where you will work with demand planning, customer care and logistics team. This internship will offer a development experience both from an operational and strategic point of view. Also, you will work in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment.

What you’ll do:

Demand Planning Project:

- Assist in the Demand Planning department by tracking obsolete products to ensure timely depletion and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory data, identifying obsolete items, and coordinating with relevant teams to manage their removal or sale. This role offers hands-o experience in inventory management and demand forecasting.

Transport & Logistics Project:

- Monitor customer orders to improve the application of various conditions and optimize logistics costs

- Calculate and improve the follow up of the delivery on time KPI in partnership with the various stakeholders (customer service and carriers)

- Optimize the follow up of root cases on the delivery on time KPI and propose actions to improve customer care satisfaction

- Follow up on invoice processing to ensure on time payment of our suppliers

Repack:

- Create a tool for packaging material stock followup, coverage and reorder

Customer Service project:

- Improve our customer stock in trade follow up

What you will bring:

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or other relevant fields with high interest in Supply Chain.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Bi.

  • Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.

  • Ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders.

  • Autonomy, Proactivity, and Teamwork.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • International mindset and passion for the food industry.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 6 months, starting from July 2024.

  • Location: Paris La Défense.

  • Compensation: €1,000 gross per month (gap year internship) / €1,200 (end-of-studies internship).

  • 50% transportation fee.

  • Ticket restaurants.

  • 2 days remote working/week.
