Description & Requirements

Key Components of the Role:
Primary responsibilities are:
?    Facilitate company strategies for IMS (Indirect Material Services) management. 
?    Develop- document- and maintain procedures and processes for Stockroom.
?    Identify and Prioritize activities of stockroom clerks.
?    Ensure control of inventory Description- Quantity and Location accuracy at Storeroom- Floor and Satellite locations thru:
o    Controlled material receipt- storage and issuing policies
o    Periodic physical inventories
o    Continuous Cycle Count program that takes into account ABC Criticality 
?    Facilitate a formal cycle count program:
o    Daily- Weekly and Monthly for main storeroom and satellite.
?    Ensure daily entry in SAP computer system of stock disbursements and good receipts.
?    Manage Repair & Exchange process. 
?    Manage overstock- interplant transfers- price changes- invoice expectations- etc.
?    Ensure daily restocking of bins for goods receipts of MRO material.
?    Conduct daily retrieval & disbursements of goods issue tickets from main and satellite storerooms.
?    Manage MRP – Material Requirements Program.
?    Review and manage for E-Auction opportunities through MRP- Planned Work Orders (Reservations) and one-time buys.
?    Establish- analyze and adjust inventory levels (considering customer input and inventory optimization theory).
?    Maintain tracking mechanisms charts and reports to manage inventory level.
?    Facilitate Monthly reporting on performance against KPI measures.
?    Perform Daily- Weekly and Monthly reports to conform with SOP’s & KPI’s to ensure effective controls are in place by executing the following:
o    Open Purchase Orders (Not Received)
o    Cycle Count Accuracy
o    Cycle Count Compliance
o    Material Stockouts
o    Bi-Annual Min/Max Analysis
o    Materials not on BOM
o    Ultra-Slow & Obsolete materials (36 Month No Usage) 
?    Prioritize related activities for clerks.
?    Train and periodically assist clerks in identifying- locating and issuing parts and supplies to Kraft Heinz associates.
?    Train and assist Storeroom clerks in organizing Stockroom per 5S policy.
?    Provide technical training and coordinate technical training for storeroom clerks & Kraft Heinz associates.
?    Lead storeroom associates in maintaining positive rapport with customers- suppliers- contractors 
?    Participant on Kraft Heinz teams & supports team decisions.
o    Work with MRO Corporate Lead
o    Work with Planner to update BOM
?    Provide vacation and absence coverage for stockroom clerks.
?    Comply with all Kraft Heinz policies- procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
?    Implement and manage KHMS Standards
?    Ensure all storeroom clerks perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.
o    Consistent with lockout/tagout- hot work- fall protection- and other OSHA regulations.
?    Understands and accepts High Performance Work System (HPWS) culture and is supportive of plant and department team goals and vision.
?    Utilize the SAP system to document maintenance activities.
?    Actively supports maintenance QCDSM and QCMS initiatives.

Qualifications:                
•    Person must have knowledge of or be willing and able to train in Maintenance Systems- computer skills- lubricants and lubricating systems- and new technologies in predictive maintenance.   
•    Must be able to apply problem-solving techniques- communicate effectively- demonstrate leadership- and plan effectively.
•    Background in industrial- mechanical- electrical- computer systems.  
•    Must be willing to upgrade skills in areas where skills are not at the required level.
