Description & Requirements

Ops Cost and Cash Reduction

This person will have to manage NPD (new product development) and NOD  (note of discontinuation) in an excellent way to avoid write offs and supply chain losses.

Project Delivery – From Idea to Shelf:

This person will be responsible to Manage and support most of all multifunctional projects.

Portfolio- Simplification- Complexity

This person will have to negotiate portfolio simplification with BUs and understand impacts to the business.

Support Long term Growht and Strategy

This person will have to support the long term strategy in order to support CAPEX and Network Design discussion.

Spanish- English and preferably Portuguese

Excel and Powerpoint in advanced level

Preferably degree in Engineering

Strong communicator with the ability to engage stake-holders at all levels of the organization
