Description & Requirements

Objetivo:

Supervisar y analizar los gastos y compras dentro de la organización a través de rutinas de control para desarrollar y mantener costos estándares para cada material y producto terminado- administrando el costo general y el sistema de contabilidad para el área de Finanzas de la Cadena de Suministro.

Responsabilidades:

  • Analizar gastos y transacciones de costos; asegurar que las transacciones se registren con precisión y se asignen a los proyectos y departamentos correspondientes.
  • Proporcionar análisis financieros detallados e informes de gastos- incluye desglose de los costos del proyecto- pronósticos de los gastos restantes y oportunidades para aumentar la eficiencia.
  • Preparar informes periódicos de conciliación de costos con datos de seguimiento.
  • Examinar los datos para ayudar a reducir los costos en todas las operaciones y ofrece soporte analítico para proyectos.
  • Responsable de las rutinas de control de costos propias- rutinas de verificación de contabilidad de CapEx- rutinas de verificación de activos fijos y rutinas de verificación de control de inventario. Además- audita la información de SKU en SAP (BoM- Master Recipes- costos estándar) para garantizar que el costo sea correcto.
  • Analizar y realizar las rutinas de cierre de mes- ayudando a la empresa a comprender las principales desviaciones y variaciones frente a los costos estándar- asegurando siempre asignaciones y cálculos de costos correctos.
  • Contribuir a desarrollar planes operativos anuales- presupuestos y estimar los costos de nuevos productos- incluido el análisis económico (AOP).

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de tres (03) años en el área de finanzas.
  • Profesional Universitario (Completo) en finanzas- administración- contaduría o similar.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word- Excel- Power Point).
  • Facilidad de comunicación.
  • Liderazgo
  • Capacidad de análisis
  • Trabajo bajo presión.
