Description & Requirements

Main Purposes of the Job:

  • Lead product sourcing and COGS efficiency and saving project together with supply chain and procurement team, including long term P&L impact of the projects (50% of the time).
  • Lead supply chain finance yearly budgeting, monthly forecasting, and monthly closing with accuracy and timely manner (20% of the time).
  • Provide visibility and monthly commentary on COGS actual performance vs forecast/budget and drive actions to improve COGS and close the gap (10% of the time)
  • Provide COGS assumption on new product launch/innovation (10% of the time)
  • Strengthen supply chain finance-Related process to improve process efficiency and visibility (10% of the time)

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare COGS database from existing and future sourcing in order to find the most efficient sourcing.
  • Define actions and timeline of sourcing and COGS efficiency/saving and financial implications.
  • Provide long term P&L impacts of sourcing and COGS efficiency/saving.
  • Lead and prepare analysis on COGS annual budgeting.
  • Lead and prepare analysis on COGS monthly forecasting and actuals.
  • Provide visibility and monthly commentary on COGS actual performance vs forecast/budget and define actions to improve.
  • Provide COGS assumption and advise commercial team on COGS for new product launch/innovation.
