Description & Requirements

During your internship you will be part of the IHQ People and Performance Team- working alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the IHQ Talent Acquisition Manager. As an integrated team member- we encourage you to take part in the team’s activities such as team meetings- role briefings- interviews and training which will give you a real feel for the company and the business. Get ready for a lot of exposure to colleagues across all levels and involvement in the delivery of key recruitment processes.

Internship Responsibilities:

  • Support the TA Manager on recruitment for permanent roles in the R&D Innovation centre
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle from application through to interview and feedback/decision
  • Take the lead on intake meetings with Hiring Managers
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the hiring managers
  • Own the recruitment coordination for the R&D Trainee Program
  • Be involved in ad-hoc projects and events that will support employee engagement
  • Liaise with external partners such as Universities on partnerships and events such as career fairs

Job requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor or Master’s Degree (e.g. Human Resources- Business- General Management- Communication)
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English- both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus)
  • A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources will help you in this internship
  • Working experience in a relevant industry or role is advantageous
  • Ongoing enrolment at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship- you are studying in the Netherlands or you have a relevant EU student work visa)

Communication and partner management: At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management- no matter your level. Therefore- it’s important you have excellent interpersonal skills- to deal with all kinds of different partners

Resilience: You’re a go getter- you’re not easily thrown off your game- not even when you get resistance. You’re able to bounce back after a disappointment or set back- big or small. And always continue to move onward & upward.

Simplification: We like to keep it simple and organized. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated when you provide simple solutions to dealing with complex challenges.

Teamwork: Achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best. You’re a great teammate- which means you’re sometimes a leader- sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.
