About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Talent Acquisition & Performance specialist helping the Talent Team with our Western Europe Operations region. The role is positioned in Amsterdam and reports into the Talent Lead for Western Europe working closely with HR Managers at our manufacturing sites across Western Europe and the central team based in Amsterdam.

The TA & Performance specialist plays a critical role in crafting and safeguarding the KHC culture through attracting and hiring the right candidates but also through play an essential part in the performance of our employees. You will have   weekly alignments with the Talent Acquisition manager and Talent Lead on the topics related to talent planning & performance. Ready for the next step in your career? Main responsibilities:

  • Support the TA Manager with the full recruitment cycle for the Western Europe Supply Chain region- from sourcing and selecting through interviewing and hiring
  • Support the Talent Team with the recruitment and performance of the Manufacturing Trainee Program for West.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with University Relations for the region- organizing events and being present on the events itself- which is the fun part of the job.  
  • Support the Talent Team on projects for Diversity- Inclusion and Belonging for Western Europe Operations.
  • Support the Talent Manager with Performance related tasks for 500 FTE’s;
    • Prepare Monthly Performance Review (MPR) Decks for the International Zone and Global MPR’s
    • Attend MPR’s to engage with other performance leads on queries and collect best practices
    • Optimize Management by Objectives (MBO) Relief requests for the sites and central functions
    • Support MBO’s routines and analytics
    • Track and execute the outcome of the MBO updates/ MBO Management/ Cascade reporting tools
    • Maintain and create MBO’s during the year (whole year) and cascade season (Oct – Feb)
    • Establish controls and processes to better manage West BU Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
    • Support employees with questions about KPI’s- Dashboard- MBO and Bonus   
    • Execute changes in part/ regions as requested by KPI Owners


Hard Skills

Please note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree
  • At least 1 year of HR working experience (Talent Management- Talent Acquisition- Performance- HR support)
  • Being able to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficiency in English required. Proficiency in either Spanish- Dutch or French is considered an advantage
