About the Job
Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join the Egypt Controlling team. This position is based in Cairo and reports to the Finance Controller. You will be responsible for the tax compliance process within Egypt and will support the business to ensure full compliance to local and internationally applicable tax rules and contribution to accurate financial statements.
What you will do:
- Ensure compliance with the Local tax regulations.
- Provide the organization with the support needed to run the business without tax exposure.
- Ensure that all company engagements conform to the tax requirements.
- Monthly submission of the tax returns (VAT- CIT- Payroll- Stamp- royalty)
- Liaise with the tax advisor and ensure accurate track for the company’s agenda.
- Lead the inspection agenda in collaboration with the advisor team.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in Tax in FMCG companies
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/ SAP)
- Postgraduate Certificate: IFRS or Similar professional certificate
- Background in a consultancy firm across different Taxes is advantage
- Passion for improving and proactive nature
