Description & Requirements

Key Activities:

•Responsable del equipo comercial de QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)

•Mantener y desarrollar la buena relación con los clientes, para detectar áreas de oportunidad y generar estrategias que generen ventas incrementales.

•Asegurar la rentabilidad y responsable del P&L del canal para Kraft Heinz. Asegurar el GSV, NSV y CMA planteado por la compañía. Owner de la estrategia de inversión del canal , y asegura un flujo correcto de cartera.

•Gestión del equipo. Responsable de trabajar con el equipo interno (Mkt, Trade, Chefs, Logística, S&OP, operaciones) para asegurar las mejores estrategias y cumplimiento de KPI´s mes con mes.

• Asegurar ejecución con clientes clave: inventario, catalogaciones, precios.

•Realiza planeación de ventas y Forecast para clientes a cargo a nivel categoría y Sku por medio del equipo comercial.

Competencies (experiences/ Education):

University Graduate

Master Degree Desirable

+5 years of experience in Sales retail, canal tradicional no.

Experiencia en QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), FSR (Full Service Restaurant), Fast Food, manejo de Distribuidores. Manejo de Lanzamientos en LTO´s (Limited Time Offers), Habilidades en desarrollo de recetas.

Conocimiento en Supply Chain, servicios 3PL.
