Liderar a frente de qualificação dos projetos de inovação com dedicação exclusiva aos projetos e trabalho junto ao time multifuncional. O objetivo dessa área é dar input do que é necessário em processo produtivo para a realização dos projetos- organizar a parte de processo de testes em linha e primeiras produções.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Liderar a frente de qualificação de todos os projetos de inovação;

Orientar engenharia e P&D quanto aos inputs necessárias de processo para a

compra de capex- adequação de linha e processo produtivos dos novos produtos;

Agir de forma ágil e colaborativa com o time multifuncional da inovação desde o início dos projetos;

Agir de forma proativa e colaborativa para a transformação Lean Agil da execução dos projetos de inovação.


Bacharel em Engenharia;

Experiência em liderança e gestão de projetos;

Experiência em desenho e adequação de processos produtivos;

Inglês avançado.
