Description & Requirements

In this position you will strive to achieve assigned district/area sales goals through the effective management of sales representatives. You will be:

  • Building strong relationships and having the flair for creating win-win outcomes

  • Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy

  • Lead- develop and mentor merchandising team

  • Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets

  • Efficiently managing your territory and applying your energy to grow the business

  • Driving distribution and shelf space for products in store

What you need:

  • Proven ability building professional relationships and strong sales skills

  • Tertiary qualifications preferred 

  • Ability to work independently- as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlines

  • A skilled negotiator and problem solver with a 'can do' approach to solving problems

  • Experience in a similar role highly regarded

  • Ambition to build a long-term career
