About the role:

In this position you will drive achievement of your Territory Budget through sales reporting and variance management in conjunction with the Field Sales Manager  

This position will have access to a company vehicle. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages Territory performance through regular performance review by store.  Develop a Territory plan with key store plans which are executed- reviewed and optimised.
  • Builds understanding of the customer and uses this to develop customer profiles and plans. 
  • Building relationships and have a flare for creating win-win outcomes
  • Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy
  • Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets
  • Efficiently managing your territory and applying your energy to grow the business
  • Driving distribution and shelf space for products in store

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications preferred
  • Sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) with a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local retailers
  • Experience in interpreting- selling- and presenting with data and insights
  • Ability to work independently- as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Highly organised
  • Commercially astute
