About the Role

In this position you will drive achievement of your Territory Budget through sales reporting and variance management in conjunction with the Field Sales Manager  

Key Responsibilities

  • Build understanding of the customer and uses this to develop customer profiles and plans.
  • Effectively managing your territory and being the conduit between our business and our customers, representing Wattie’s to the best of your ability.
  • Develop a Territory plan through Customer Joint Value Plans which are executed, reviewed, and optimised.
  • Manage Territory performance through regular performance review by store. 
  • Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategy.
  • Driving distribution and shelf space for products in store.
  • Able to use data and insights to build sales opportunity & present to customers.

About You

  • Sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) with a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local retailers.
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication and written skills.
  • Building relationships and have a flare for creating win-win outcomes.
