About the Position                           

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Trade Marketing Lead to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Among other things this role is responsible for the alignment of our category marketing strategy with retailer strategies- the conversion of brand & innovation initiatives into strong sell-in stories- the development & execution of an even clearer pricing & promotional strategy and be the first point of contact with our retail sales teams.


In brief- you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 3 trade marketing managers and 1 intern  
  • Defining the channel & retailer strategy aligned with the customer marketing strategy and the customer needs
  • Analyzing market data to understand risks and opportunities
  • Recommending a promotional strategy and guidelines for the category and ensuring compliance to these guidelines
  • Creating sell in support material to engage Kraft Heinz sales team and its customers for the category initiatives
  • Acting as consultants on key category projects such as range reviews and strategic planning

Qualifications


Hard Skills

  • University degree in Management- Economics or equivalent
  • Fluent German - mandatory
  • Very good English skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing- Category Development-  Activation Department or Shopper Marketing Department within the FMCG sector
  • Very good software skills (Nielsen- MS Office)
