Description & Requirements

 Key Activities:

  • Creation- alignment & tracking of commercial strategies to deliver company’s sell out trough: Portfolio by customer- distribution- promotions- and in store execution (Shelf and displays).
  • Guarantee the right instore presence through merchandiser activities to deliver company´s market share.
  • Ensure correct budget management for merchandiser and instore activities.
  • Management of business intelligence activities to ensure company’s deployment & adherence of sell in & sell out targets- through dashboards and BI Tools.
  • Number of Reports: 4

Competencies (experiences/ Education):

At least 4-5 years of experience in trade marketing- marketing- catman or sales.

At least 1 year leading a team.

Intermediate English

1 year working with agencies (POP or merch)

Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities):

Excel intermediate to advanced proficiency

Team management & delegation

Presentation & Communication skills.

Planning- strategic & analytical skills.

Budget management
