The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Trade Marketing Manager -Traditional Trade who will have the overall responsibility for Strategically lead the sales and marketing alignment process through setting channel visions and strategies, POP strategy, promotion strategies and aligning them with category and brand objectives.

What you will do:

  • Provide to Business / Market Top management a fast-based assessment and recommended prioritization of channels along with strategies for exploiting high-level opportunities and resolving high level issue0073.
  • Provide insight on Channel & Category trends including shopper behavior and channel drivers for Sales & Marketing.
  • Development of merchandising guidelines/Direction, including permanent POP materials display recommendations, and Plan-o-gram by category/channel in line with POP & Brand Vision and Objectives.
  • Ensure Trade Spending optimization through applying standard processes.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Director to align data collection and Sales trend analysis.

What you bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Work Experience: 5-7 years in FMCG Companies
  • Language Knowledge: Excellent
