Description & Requirements

SUMMARY:  Provide leadership and support to their team in order to ensure optimal production of quality Kraft Heinz products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continuously drives the creation and improvement of Work Instructions Ability to understand and algin work instructions with organizations management system (KHMS) Reviews current Work Instruction documentation and revises and edits as necessary. Observes Team Members to ensure work instruction accuracy. Communicates with Management, Leads, Supervisors, and Technical Staff to ensure accurate and current information is included in work instructions. Keeps Team Member safety in mind when creating and modifying work instructions.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In addition to the capabilities above a good candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, a basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Sufficient interpersonal skills to allow efficient communication with Team Members, Team Leads, and Supervisors so that accurate and effective work instructions can be created.
  • Process Driven, Critical thinking and analytical skills a plus
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent computer skills including the use of Word and Excel
  • Excel Excellent written language and verbal communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Personal Protective Equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to wear appropriate company-issued safety and GMP equipment, including:  steel toe shoes that are also slip resistant, hearing protection, bump cap, and other personal protective equipment

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
