L'usine de Classe Mondiale de Kraft Heinz située à Ville Mont-Royal gère des opérations sur 7 jours - 24 heures et offre un environnement de fabrication diversifiée. Notre grande équipe est fière de produire des produits hautement populaires dont le Beurre d'arachides- fromage Philadelphia- Kraft Dinner- Vinaigrettes et beaucoup plus!
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un ou d'une étudiante pour travailler en collaboration avec le département des ressources humaines durant l'été 2024.
Conditions de travail
Salaire de base: 25,75$/H;
Magasin avec produits Kraft Heinz à rabais;
Cafétéria sur site;
Café et thé gratuit!
Tâches / responsabilités:
Scanner des dossiers papier ;
Effectuer du classement réseau en respectant une nomenclature précise ;
Déchiqueter les dossiers papier une fois scannés et classés ;
Effectuer le rangement de la salle de dossier ;
Participer à l’élaboration de documentation et/ou des présentations;
Assister activement l’équipe pour le suivi et la mise à jour de dossiers administratifs divers.
Toute autre tâche connexe.
Autres requis
Vous êtes un étudiant qui retourne aux études à l’automne;
Vous êtes âgé de 18 ans et plus;
Vous êtes disponible pendant toute la période estivale (juin 2024 à septembre 2024);
Vous faites preuve de discrétion et de professionnalisme.
Horaire de travail :
Quart de jour;
L’étudiant (e) ne travaillera pas pendant une période de fermeture complète de l’usine du 05 au 09 août 2024.
