WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Program structure
During your 10-week program, you'll join a class of ambitious peers to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders, participate in a function-specific role and deliver tangible business results - all while immersed in weekly learning opportunities and social experiences.
At the conclusion of the 10-week program, interns present their project and results to the US Executive Leadership Team. Those who have over-delivered are offered the opportunity to join Kraft Heinz as a trainee after graduation.
The Intern Program is divided into four function-specific tracks from which you can launch your career journey at Kraft Heinz. These tracks are designed to guide placement following the program.

You could be a part of brand management, category management, shopper marketing, retail sales, innovation, or consumer insights.
Operations & Manufacturing
You could work in procurement, supply chain, logistics, sales & operations planning (S&OP), quality, food safety, engineering, or manufacturing.
Corporate
You could make an impact in finance & accounting, revenue management (pricing), people & performance, or learning & development.

This could include quality, food science, engineering, research & development (R&D), or packaging.
