Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence at a glance…

You will work alongside other BI colleagues, data engineers, data stewards, and business stakeholders, to deliver best-in-class BI solutions. You will have high visibility and be hands-on at each step of the BI product development lifecycle: identifying the opportunities/root causes of business problems, gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating those needs into technical requirements, and designing and delivering high-impact, high-value, analytical tools, and data visualizations in Power BI.

What's on the menu?

  • Develop semantic data models and dashboard visualizations which will serve as a guiding light for business decisions/actions

  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and bring your design/data analytics expertise to business challenges and engineer end-to-end solutions that drive business outcomes

  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor to junior team members and global offshore resources, providing guidance and oversight on initiatives

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure that all solutions are properly tested, validated, and deployed

  • Maintain the existing tools and provide support in bug fixing within the agreed upon SLAs

  • Continue to develop your skills by staying up to date on the latest innovations and evolutions in the Business Intelligence community

  • Excellent eye for detail with well-honed data visualization and graphic-design skills

  • Effectively communicating with team members and management (up to Sr. Levels)

  • I have a bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, business, or statistics with 2 or more years of experience.

  • I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • I have mastery in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing, with expertise in Power BI and experience with other Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau)

  • I have a natural curiosity, a thirst for learning, and I am a strategic thinker

  • I have experience owning full cycle end to end projects

  • I am experienced with: Snowflake, Azure, Jira, Excel, Python

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$84,000.00 – $105,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
