About the Role
Lead the commercial finance function across sales finance, category and revenue growth management. Lead the financial performance of the commercial business across ANZ. This position will need to effectively interact with multiple levels of leadership within the organization. This role will lead accuracy of the financial forecasts, while driving performance and longer-term strategy. Manage and continue to develop the Commercial finance team.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility of the monthly, quarterly, and annual business cycle (forecast and performance reviews).

Own the preparation and delivery of the financials across ANZ.

PNL responsibility from volume to commercial profit. Fully responsible for the marketing spend

Responsible for all categories and customers
-
Support the presentation of monthly and quarterly business reviews to the Business Unit CEO/CFO along detailed variance explanations. Ensure that they are fully aware of the shape the business is in.

Lead, support, develop and/or improve existing processes relating to KHC business cycle/financial reporting.

Drive the IBP cycle to an aligned 1 number for sales and category.
Responsibilities of RGM –
-
Strategic and operational responsibility for driving sustainable revenue and profitability plans via pricing, promotion and mix. You will be responsible for the general management of the categories and strategies in the portfolio, owning the annual operating plan and developing a strong, driven team.

Drive 3–year plan of price pack architecture and price plans.
Responsibilities of the Category Finance Team –

Drive overall 3-year strategic plans.

Own and deliver the forecast.

Drive the portfolio management and challenge the business on priorities and portfolio choices.
Responsibilities of the Sales Finance Team –
-
Ensure delivery of PNL for customers.
-
Partner sales team on the IBP and demand cycle.
-
Partner with sales on finding white space opportunities across strategies.

Ensure accurate trade spend management (Accruals, promo management and promo optimisation).

Develop and implement an optimal go to market strategy. Drive sales fundamentals.
About You
-
10+ years work experience that completes field of study
-
Extensive people management experience.
-
Experience working on transformation projects, demonstrated competency in improving efficiency.

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at a senior level in a matrix.

Exceptional negotiation skills

Critical, fact-based approach to decision-making and problem-solving

Financial/commercial acumen (including budgeting and forecasting), and ability to effectively manage PNL.
