This position is directly reporting to Manager, FP&A & Commercial Finance
Responsibilities
Commercial Finance:
- Produce and distribute daily sales report of Japan/Korea to stakeholders in the company and ANJ and International Zone
- Facilitate weekly sales performance monitoring meetings with Sales and prepare the review documents
- Maintain offline excel templates that contain actuals and forecasts of commercial performances
- Support to prepare materials of Monthly Performance Review & Forecast review meetings (Internal reviews, EVP meeting, CFO call and so on)
- Assist with review and validation of profitability by category and product
- Support in coordination of the annual budgeting processes with Head of BBP & Commercial Finance and prepare materials of AOP presentation
- Deep dive analysis of sales deals and allowance(rebates)
- Calculate, report, and distribute sales KPI actuals to MBO owners in sales and marketing
- Ad Hoc commercial performance analysis and projects as required
Selection Criteria
- University degree.
- Native or equivalent in Japanese & English
- Culture fit in Kraft Heinz
- Strong Leadership / Self-starter / Risk Taker / Results oriented
- Positive thinking and can be a Change Agent
- Creative, Innovative and able to gain respect from all levels
- Never give up and pursue business goals achievement until the last minutes
