About the Role
Job Description
As the Manager of TA Capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the North America and World Headquarters TA team. Reporting to the Director of TA Strategy and Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for driving ownership of our TA Key Performance Indicators, and leading training and development for the Centers of Excellence across the TA organization. The goals you help set for the TA team will, in turn, drive business performance and results across our North America Business Units and functions.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Stay abreast of relevant trends, research, upskilling, and other functional and professional development opportunities.

Develop and implement training programs for the Talent Acquisition team, engaging with our external partners, vendors, and suppliers to bring new, cutting-edge ways of working and thinking to the forefront, while balancing requirements to shore up foundational knowledge and skills.

Work closely with the TA Leadership team to conduct interventions across the team, including those that are performance, efficiency, and/or effectiveness based.

Own the TA Performance Scorecard and Dashboard to identify and address gaps, as well as areas in which we need to bring best practices across the team from a ways of working perspective.

Define and manage the TA team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including calculating, reporting and updating actuals.

Integrate periodic benchmarking from both internal and external sources and platforms, aligning with the Global People & Performance Strategy team on action planning.

Evaluate and implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.

Interact with the Programs & Optimization team to identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization throughout the talent acquisition process based on KPIs and external trends and research.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve the overall candidate experience.

Drive assigned Talent Acquisition projects from inception to completion, collaborating with partners and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition compliance, technology, and process optimization.

Strong understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations for both the US and Canada.

Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing recruitment technologies.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive process improvements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Previous experience in a senior-level talent acquisition role is preferred.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$99,100.00 – $123,900.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
