Senior Finance Manager, FP&A at a Glance….
The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A for the Taste, Meals, and Snacking Business Unit (TMS) is responsible for the full P&L and for driving the monthly FP&A agenda for the Substantial Snacking platform within the BU which includes iconic brands such as Lunchables and Claussen. The role also supports the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning cycles for that platform. This team member is a key link between the Marketing, Business Development Execution, and Finance teams, and reports directly to TMS’s Director of FP&A.
What’s on the menu?
- Lead FP&A for a Platform within TMS, with oversight of all categories and responsible for understanding and influencing both revenue and cost drivers (full P&L responsibility)
- Execute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolution
- Support the Demand Review process including partnering with marketers on demand forecast inputs and validating driver assumptions
- Run the monthly forecasting process to project and explain financial performance on a rolling 18 month basis
- Support the build of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plans
- Drive fiscal responsibility by supporting the ZBB (Zero Based Budgeting) process
- Analytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data-driven insights and recommendations
- Modeling, analytics, and preparation of management summaries and presentations

- BS/BA required, MBA a plus
- 6+ Years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Thorough understanding of the Income Statement and financial metrics
- Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or Business Unit experience preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required, SAP experience a plus
- Previous experience in project management and process improvement
- Proven/excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hard working, capable of coping with pressure and deadlines of ambiguous situations
- Team Player and We Mentality: ability to work collaboratively within the FP&A function and cross-functionally

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$115,000.00 – $143,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
