About the Role
Job Description
- Receive, record, and respond to consumer complaints regarding product quality.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on investigation outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports on complaint investigations and resolution.
- Manage the control, distribution, and archiving of quality documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
- Ensure documents are up-to-date, accurate, and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and revisions with relevant departments.
- Maintain document control systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance during audits.
- Monitor trends and recurring issues in consumer complaints to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on complaint metrics and document control status for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements based on data analysis.
- Ensure all quality and document control activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Maintain records of audits and follow up on corrective actions to ensure closure.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality management system.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving complaint handling and document control processes.
