As the Omnichannel Marketing Lead for Kraft Heinz’s Away From Home (AFH) business, you will act as a strategic marketing leader responsible for developing and executing a cohesive, customer-centric omnichannel strategy across all AFH touchpoints. This individual will develop and lead a high-performing team in leveraging digital platforms, social media, B2B digital marketing, CRM, and eCommerce strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion among operators and foodservice partners. As a key strategic partner to cross-functional teams—including sales, brand marketing, digital experience, and technology vendors— you will ensure a seamless and impactful marketing presence across all digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, results-oriented leader with a strong background in B2B digital marketing, eCommerce, and omnichannel customer engagement.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for digital experiences, omnichannel marketing, and eCommerce to ensure best-in-class execution.

· Define and execute the AFH omnichannel marketing strategy in partnership with the VP of AFH Marketing, ensuring alignment with broader business and brand objectives.

· Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Digital Experiences, Brand Marketing, and more) and external partners (agencies, technology vendors) to maximize impact.

· Own the product roadmap for AFH.com, ensuring its evolution into a premier digital destination for foodservice operators.

· Oversee the development, optimization, and rollout of digital platforms in collaboration with the Digital Experience (DX) team, developers, and designers.

· Ensure AFH.com and other digital touchpoints provide an engaging, seamless user experience with high-quality content and functionality.

· Lead the 2025 launch of direct commerce, enabling Heinz dispensers to be sold directly to operators.

· Develop and oversee eCommerce product content strategies, ensuring accurate, compelling product listings on key distributor platforms such as Sysco, US Foods, and DOT.

· Implement Perfect Screen for AFH, ensuring best-in-class product presentation across digital shelves.

· Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies, including:

– Direct email marketing to foodservice customers.

– AFH social media strategy and content development to drive engagement.

– B2B digital media investment and performance tracking, ensuring efficient budget allocation and ROI.

– Partner with sales and CRM teams to optimize customer targeting, segmentation, and engagement through digital channels.

· Manage marketing relationships with third-party eCommerce platforms such as Webstaurant, Foodservice Direct, and Amazon, ensuring cohesive, brand-aligned marketing programs.

· Develop promotional strategies and customer engagement initiatives tailored to eCommerce buyers.

· Lead the digital transformation of trade show experiences, integrating customized digital solutions to enhance customer engagement at key industry events (e.g., National Restaurant Association Show, Pizza Expo).

· Ensure each priority trade show delivers a seamless, interactive, and engaging omnichannel experience for attendees.

People Management Responsibilities:

Expected Experience & Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital commerce, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualifications preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.

· 7 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, omnichannel marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in B2B, foodservice, or CPG industries.

· Proven leadership experience managing direct reports, with a track record of building, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategies.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, conduct trend analysis, and develop insights that drive measurable business impact.

· Results-oriented problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, navigating complex challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

· Strong organizational agility, able to influence cross-functional teams and navigate both formal and informal channels to drive execution.

· Deep expertise in B2B and B2C digital marketing, omnichannel strategies, and digital customer experience optimization.

· Hands-on experience with CRM marketing, email marketing, digital shelf optimization, and eCommerce content management.

· Strong background in social media strategy, B2B digital media planning, and paid media execution.

· Experience leading DTC eCommerce initiatives, including platform launches, go-to-market strategies, and performance measurement.

· Understanding of trade show marketing and digital integration for in-person experiences, including lead generation and post-event engagement.

· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, sales, IT, product, and external vendors to drive unified strategies.

· Ability to influence senior executives, build relationships across all levels of the organization, and drive strategic initiatives.

· Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making, ensuring marketing initiatives align with business goals.

· Exceptional ability to prioritize, delegate, and eliminate roadblocks for the team, ensuring efficiency and executional excellence.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant marketing tools.

· Experience managing vendor relationships, overseeing budgets, and measuring campaign effectiveness through data analytics.

· Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time for business, including meetings, site visits, and customer collaboration sessions.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection, and community and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. Most office-based employees can work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements, some jobs may be required entirely in the office.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$137,400.00 – $171,700.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
