Job Description

Vaga direcionada para mulheres/Pessoas negras/Pcds.

OBJETIVO:

Responsável por desenvolver e implementar estratégias para otimizar o desempenho das categorias dentro dos canais de venda, alinhando os objetivos da empresa com as necessidades do shopper e dos clientes. Atuará na construção de planos estratégicos para lançamentos de inovação, segmentação de portfólio e execução no ponto de venda, garantindo o crescimento sustentável das categorias.

Além disso, será responsável por gerar insights a partir da análise de dados de mercado (Nielsen, Scantech e outras fontes), shopper insights e tendências de consumo, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a construção de planos táticos e estratégicos para maximizar o sell-out e a rentabilidade da companhia

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Plano Estratégico de Categoria – Desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias para crescimento sustentável das categorias, considerando segmentação de portfólio, precificação, sortimento e execução no ponto de venda;

  • Lançamento de Inovações – Construção e implementação de planos de trade para novos produtos, incluindo phasing de volume, posicionamento dentro dos canais e estratégias de ativação no PDV;

  • Análises de Dados e Insights – Extração de insights a partir de dados Nielsen, Scantech e shopper insights para embasar decisões estratégicas e recomendar oportunidades de crescimento;

  • Colaboração com Clientes e Equipes Internas – Atuação conjunta com times de vendas, marketing e revenue management para otimizar a estratégia de categorias e fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes estratégicos;

    

REQUISITOS:

  • Necessário Ensino Superior Completo;

  • Excel avançado;

  • Desejável inglês;

  • Experiência com as atividades;

  • Excelentes capacidade analítica, adaptabilidade e comunicação;
