Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Senior Manager to support our Global Center of Excellence (GCOE) team. This critical role will serve as a key business partner to the GCOE functions (procurement, GBE, GBS, Omni Channel), driving HR initiatives that support the organization's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and processes that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
HR Business Partner for Omni Channel:
- Provide strategic HR support to the Global Omni Channel Leadership team, focusing on people cycle, employee relations, and talent strategy
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, such as talent development, engagement, and retention
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment and effective execution of HR programs
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive improvements
HR Business Partner for GCOE:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage GCOE employees and promote a positive work culture
- Collaborate with GCOE leaders to design and implement HR programs that support business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations
GCOE Onboarding, Mobility, and Integration:
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Develop and manage mobility programs to support employee movement within the organization. Collaborate with tax advisors on relocation compliance
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a smooth integration of new employees and teams
GCOE Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement processes to ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations, as well as HR policies and procedures
- Manage data related to relocations and HR compliance
- Report on people mobility strategies and HR initiatives
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to identify and mitigate potential risks
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other HR functions to share best practices and leverage resources
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in HR processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a manager role
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in a global organization with a GCOE model
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role is full time and be based in Amsterdam.
