Detail Job Responsibilities:
To conduct market analysis and in-depth understanding of consumer to identify needs and wants from society related to the brand being handled Create marketing strategy: Long term Strategy (5 years) and Annual Strategy (Marketing Strategy and Brand Sales Strategy) for Kraft Heinz ABC Masterbrand & Soy, Chili sub-brands. Build a creative and effective brand communication Making use of consumer insight and brand positioning statement results quickly in profitable innovation Build and develop subordinate’s competency through guidance and direction in implementing marketing strategy Familiarize the brand to target consumers through active Below the Line promotion Actively learning to improve skill and competency of self and team, thus, can be used for brand development
