Finance Lead, RGM at a Glance….
As the Finance Lead for Revenue Growth Management you will lead development of annual & multi-year pricing pipeline/strategy for all categories in the Meats Platform. This includes developing and recommending portfolio strategies across key RGM levers – Pricing, Price-Pack Architecture and Promotion to drive profitable and incremental growth, as well as collaborating with BU Category teams. Focus will also be on developing RGM build for BU Year+1, AOP, and SP.
What’s on the menu?
- Collaborate cross-functionally and develop fact-based pricing sell-in story/materials for the customer/sales teams
- Perform category, competitive and channel analysis to inform the revenue strategy including profit pool assessment, pack price architecture and trade program performance
- Own List Price management for all categories in the Oscar Mayer business
- Partner and advise BU Category teams on pricing-related opportunities and risks
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across pricing and promotion impacts and provide insights to stakeholders
- Lead the Net price realization agenda by improving trade spend effectiveness and ROI of promotions for the Meats platform
- Collaborate with BU Category and Sales teams and develop recommendations for trade spend tactic shifts
- Understand customer margin expectations, collaborate with Sales and BU Category team and develop enhanced Promotion Pricing guardrails & average ARP migration plan for entire KHC product portfolio by Top customer/customer cluster
- Collaborate with BU Sales Strategy team and integrate pricing/promotional recommendations as part of the quarterly sales toolkit/playbook
- Provide leadership on ad-hoc pricing related projects and analysis as they come

- BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in the CPG industry
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional team members
- Strong Technical and Systems orientation
- Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
- Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$137,400.00 – $171,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
