About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Region Sales Manager (Aegean & South Marmara) to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Türkiye. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, to grow Kraft Heinz business in Away from Home. You’ll be reporting to the Food Service Sales Director.

In brief, you will be responsible for

  • The customer relationship, executing the sales plan for each account to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; distribution; customer satisfaction)

  • Review weekly/monthly customer performance and highlight opportunities and risks

  • Lead the portfolio expansion strategy and manage new product launches

  • Support all market activation plans to maximize brand performance within the food service channel.

  • Identify market potential to establish New Accounts in the food service channel and build a new customer pipeline

  • Closely monitor and follow up on all customer invoices (activity, price-discount-quantity differences)

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree from a reputable university

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or related commercial functions

  • Out Of Home Key Accounts experience is preferable

  • Track record in delivering targets

  • Ability to motivate and develop people

  • A high degree of practice in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel

  • A strong command of English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively

This position will be based in İzmir
