About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Sr Manager Logistics Finance to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Sr Manager Logistics Finance lies within the European business units. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Operations Finance Lead Europe. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of results will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Europe.
In brief, you are responsible for:
- Oversee Logistics Finance in Europe, leading a team of finance professionals and responsible for managing a budget over $100M.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to logistics teams ensuring alignment with Kraft Heinz’s overall business objectives and financial goals.
- Be the finance point of contact for critical stakeholders in Supply Chain and Commercial.
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and analyses to drive business growth, improve profitability, and optimize logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial, to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue growth.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to inform business decisions, identify trends, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz’s financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the logistics finance team and across the organization.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics or similar;
- Years of work expeirence: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance and at least 1 year leading a team;
- Languages: English
- IT Skills & Knowledge: Excel, SAP, PowerBi and Tableau
- Soft Skills: Communication, Analytical thinking, Ability to Simplify, Result driven and Team player
