About the Role
Job Description
We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional. The role will primarily report into the Material planning Senior Manager. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver.
This person will have a broad range of responsibilities across all aspects of Material Planning, people management & development. We are looking for someone who doesn't need any motivation to develop, a self-starter, who is hungry to continually improve Material planning & Supply chain operations. You will be working close together with various business partners in our Business units, GBS & Global Operations teams.
In brief, you will be responsible for:

Lead a team of Material Planners.

Implements global strategies for materials management- ensuring accurate and efficient supply chain operations.

Collaborate with suppliers- procurement- and manufacturing to optimize raw materials- packaging materials- and ingredients.

Develop and implement MRP processes to ensure optimal inventory levels while ensuring availability and avoiding waste.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to align supply chain activities.

Analyze and optimize MRP processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Drive Process excellence initiatives using CI framework and application of Lean practices
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field

5+ Years Supply Chain experience preferably within FMCG

Strong knowledge of S&OP, Supply and Material Planning principles

Proficiency in Supply Chain & Supply Chain Planning software & tools preferred (OMP, Kinaxis, O9 or SAP APO)

Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
