Job Description
Maintenance Planner Sr.
Control and direct the execution of maintenance tasks for the assets, the building and the basic services of the company. Prepare, plan and verify the execution of weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance plans for the different production lines, in order to minimize production line stops due to unscheduled stoppages, guaranteeing the availability and reliability of the equipment. at the lowest possible cost, complying with the internal regulations of the area and guidelines of the Manufacturing Manager and Maintenance Manager, as well as guaranteeing the rational use of associated resources to maintain high standards of quality and productivity, in an adequate and safe environment. for the professional development of human resources. Ensure that the scheduled preventive or corrective maintenance plans have the necessary spare parts according to the task to be performed, in addition to being in contact with colleagues in the spare parts warehouse, in order to have an adequate inventory of the different machines that have food. Coordination of execution of preventive/predictive maintenance/calibrations that are outsourced.
Key Accountabilities
- Assurance that all the equipment in the factory have preventive and predictive maintenance, develop the correct strategy definition for all the equipment and the building, assurance the calibration plan compliance. Notify all the WO in the System. Reduction of unplanned loses in the factory.
- Kraft Heinz Management System maintenance: Responsible for the execution of maintenance chapters, compliance with preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, implementation of chapters for reducing bankruptcies due to maintenance and critical spare parts in the spare parts warehouse.

Ensure the food safety. Report any incident that represent safety or quality risk in the productive process.
Knowledge & Experience
- Education: University Maintenance, Electromechanical, Electric, Electronic engineering, grade Bachelor.
- 2 – 3 experience years in maintenance systems
- Language: Spanish / English
