The Associate Brand Manager, Notco Plant-Based supports the Kraft Heinz Notco joint venture formed by Kraft Heinz and the Not Company to develop superior plant-based versions of co-branded products at a level of speed, taste, quality, and scale yet to be seen in the industry. Notco brings its patented, first-of-its-kind technology and proven artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, while Kraft Heinz offers its iconic brand portfolio and scale. Together, we are a fast-moving, consumer-driven, and product-centric company that will satisfy our customers and consumers with delicious plant-based alternatives to your favorite Kraft Heinz products.
Your responsibilities will span across supporting innovative brands, full P&L ownership, marketing activations, in-store marketing, consumer awareness and incentive tactics with a cross-functional team of colleagues. The role requires a combination of creativity and analytical thinking, with a focus on driving food innovation. Ideal candidates will possess a strong bias for action, an ownership mentality, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. This position demands effective collaboration across all levels of the organization to ensure the successful market launch of innovative products.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Monitor business performance, identify actions needed, and implement action plan on key metrics (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance)

Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and category dynamics, leveraging insights from syndicated sources including Numerator, Circana, and Nielsen to drive brand strategy

Partner with finance on product P&L to actively manage the impact of decisions on overall profitability. Guide decisions on pricing and forecasts.

Own the relationship with Sales to develop strategic customer programs and track execution of approved strategic plans

Partner with Sales Planning and Supply Chain Teams to accurately forecast the business

Support Sales in the creation of selling and marketing materials to maintain relationships with key customers and secure distribution gains of innovative products

Manage the product commercialization process and lead cross-functional teams (including R&D, Marketing, Culinary, CIS, Supply chain, Sales, and finance), ensuring timely, on-budget, and successful project completion.
Expected Experience & Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA and advanced qualifications preferred. Candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.

3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, product innovation, or brand management. Prior experience developing, launching, or managing products from concept to market in the consumer goods sector is highly desired.

A minimum of two years experience with syndicated (Circana, Nielsen),

Experience with Panel (Numerator) and/or customer loyalty card data (Sympthony) a plus

Excellent communication and organization skills

Have a growth mindset and be a continuous learner who embraces challenges, seeking to understand and anticipate consumer needs and using that knowledge to fuel product development.

Proven project management and solid analytical, consultative, and diagnostic skills; able to make sound, data-driven business decisions. Prior experience with business case development and multi-workstream project management is critical to success in this role.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Results-oriented, adept at solving complex challenges and dealing with ambiguity; anticipates and adjusts to problems and obstacles in the team or the organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven track record of building effective business relationships and ability to influence and coach without direct accountability.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 – $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
