Senior Financial Analyst at a Glance….
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst (SFA) to join our Global Team in Chicago. The Routines team sits within the Global FP&A function and is responsible for in-year performance tracking including monthly and quarterly routines relating to the Company’s P&L and Statement of Cash Flows. The SFA will provide financial analysis and visibility of P&L and Cash performance for all zones across the Company. This role offers significant interaction with senior stakeholders across the globe including the Global CFO, Zone CFO’s and Global Head of Financial Planning.
What’s on the menu?
- Support the monthly reporting and forecast cycle by assembling outputs for senior stakeholders including monthly preliminary results and monthly business review (MBR) ensuring accurate and timely deliverables
- Analyze trends in P&L + Cash performance including variance analysis with the ability to communicate the nature of drivers and any risks / opportunities to the Plan
- Consolidate/cleanse data from various internal/external sources to produce concise, insightful analysis
- Own and track financial KPI’s on a monthly and quarterly basis against targets for our MBO program
- Cross collaboration with Zone FP&A teams and Global finance functions such as Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Investor Relations, Operations and ZBB to understand performance, validate drivers, and track the latest forecast
- Work closely with External Reporting and Investor Relations during the quarter close process supporting external disclosures and earnings materials
- Assist with the development of the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (long-term planning)
- Identify and implement areas of improvement within current routines
- Ad hoc project opportunities such as finance transformation and M&A

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other applicable quantitative field required
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with exposure to P&L and Cash Flow statement required; prior background in accounting, audit, consulting, investment banking or corporate finance preferred
- Advanced financial modelling skills with experience using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI
- Possess critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills; ability to simplify the complex, and work within a large team with frequent exposure to senior leadership
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly

New Hire Base Salary Range:
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
