About the Role

Job Description

Objetivo:

Será responsável por liderar uma das principais categorias da KHC. Será responsável pela estratégia da categoria, pela arquitetura do portfólio, pela ativação do pipeline e será responsável pelo P&L.

Para essa função, precisamos de um profissional de mente aberta, com experiência anterior em marketing, gerenciamento de categorias de FMCG, habilidades analíticas e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.

Para vencer os desafios da categoria, essa função conduzirá diagnósticos da categoria a serem apresentados à equipe de liderança e proporá planos de ação relacionados às partes interessadas comerciais, de comunicação, financeiras e de inovação.

Responsabilidades:

-Analisar dados de mercado para mapear o cenário da categoria.
– Desenvolver e implementar uma estratégia que maximize o crescimento e a lucratividade do portfólio.
– Compreender as principais prioridades e fatores de negócios para atingir as metas de P&L por meio da geração de demanda, comercial, supervisão de gastos e gerenciamento de custos.
– Escolher estrategicamente as alavancas para equilibrar os compromissos de curto prazo e a saúde da categoria a longo prazo.
– Preparar estratégias para definir diretrizes de preços.
– Definir o posicionamento estratégico do produto, analisando a percepção de valor do consumidor e nosso posicionamento em relação aos nossos produtos e concorrentes.
– Demonstrar perspicácia comercial e financeira.
– Converter a compreensão das mudanças no mercado, na concorrência, no cliente e na dinâmica da categoria em implicações futuras e implementar ações de acordo com a estratégia da empresa e da categoria.
– Fazer a transição e construir relacionamentos com áreas internas, mapeando oportunidades para gerar impacto positivo nos negócios.

-Sólida experiência em empresas de alimentos
-Mentalidade empresarial

-Habilidades de comunicação
-Visão de negócios
-Inglês fluente

-Bacharelado
