Senior Analyst, ESG Reporting at a Glance….
The ESG Reporting Senior Analyst will be a member of KHC’s Global Financial reporting function and will report to the ESG Controller. You will play a key role in supporting the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting program by assisting in the development and execution of ESG related regulatory and voluntary reporting.
This will include preparing disclosures for sustainability raters and rankers (such as CDP), preparing voluntary ESG reports, preparing regulatory reports (such as CSRD and ISSB).
What’s on the menu?
- Prepare materials to deliver to senior management and assist in the development, documentation and execution of the ESG disclosure reporting program
- Develop formal policies and practices to ensure information is accurate, complete and in compliance with related regulatory requirements, appropriate standards, and frameworks
- Identify potential challenges and work closely with the ESG Controllership team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Execute related control activities and work with the business to address any control gaps and related remediation efforts, as applicable
- Perform initial data reviews, develop and formalize the reporting process, and ensure data is complete, accurate and auditable
- Prepare for CSRD reporting including gap assessment, roadmap, and draft reporting.
- Collaborate with key internal cross-functional stakeholders and data owners as well as internal and external auditors and consultants
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve the ESG reporting process to meet shifting expectations and regulations
- Possess the ability and confidence to work well with a broad range of teams across the firm, consistently helping to develop high-quality reporting
- Conduct ongoing benchmarking of ESG and sustainability disclosures relative to our peers, industry trends, and best practices

- Degree in Finance or Accounting or other business discipline (e.g. Sustainability Management, Environmental Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Data Analytics) required
- 3+ years of experience in sustainability reporting or financial reporting
- Professional certifications and/or ESG-related experience preferred
- Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards including ESRS, ISSB, and TCFD
- Experience with ESG Raters & Rankers including CDP
- Experience with process improvement and internal controls preferred
- Excellent project management skills and an ability to manage multiple complex projects and diverse stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable information and plans.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a matrix environment with multiple customers and evaluators
- Excellent influencing and leadership skills
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with the ability to meet project deadlines and deliverables

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 – $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
