About the Role

Job Description

Objective:

A Scrum Master at Kraft Heinz helps support the development team and product owner (PO) in delivering incremental value each sprint for the products. They are knowledgeable in scrum and are able to educate others on Agile methodologies and practices. They remove impediments and act as a shield from external distractions. They create a safe working environment for the team and are an innovator who constantly seeks continuous improvement and builds higher performing teams.

Activities:

Ensure the correct application of AGILE mindset and its tools

Build and coach high performing teams

Lead and manage all scrum related activities for pods building digital products and/or other agile teams.

Agile Reports to understand team capacity and velocity

Ensure team’s actions are aligned with final objective

Continuous learning environment

Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor's degree

Mandatory: english conversational level

Desirable: background as Scrum Master in consumer goods industry not only consultancy.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum

• Experience with Jira/Confluence is a must, Azure DevOps is optional, Miro or other similar whiteboarding tool is an advantage.

• Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) (not required)

• Knowledge of relevant domains/products/journeys and track record in successful delivery

• SAFe 5.0 Certifications are a plus, but not mandatory

• Design Thinking background and knowledge (Certifications are a plus)

• Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-

Capability

Good leadership skills – necessary to guide the team through organizational road blocks

Adaptability – we’ll have different PODs with different backgrounds and needs, areas

Business background – understand a corporation, what drives a business

Critical thinking – to be able to guide discussions with arguments and drive all to a common place
