We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers who are always trying to reach the next level.

About the Role

In this position, ensuring robust and effective order processing methods. Working in SAP and Excel to input and process orders and deliveries to ensure optimal flow of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support demand planning team and sales team on building forecasts and plans to drive growth in IMS.
  • Securing monthly turnover of business unit by issuing invoicing on SAP on time and doing monthly reconciliations with Finance team.
  • Analyzing customer service metrics and providing insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • OTIF focuses on each order. Good communication with logistics manager, demand planner and customers to ensure availability of products in accordance with SNOP Meetings.
  • Dealing with customer queries (price enquiries- tracking of orders etc.)
  • Driving service excellence through customer service team in order to meet or exceed customer service expectations.
  • Ensuring understanding of customer service needs and driving service projects to meet or exceed them etc.
  • Focusing on CS KPIs as OTIF & CFR for each order. Ensuring product availability through good communication with logistics, demand and customers as aligned in SNOP meetings.

Qualifications

  • Degree is in Engineering- Business Management- International Trade or relevant degrees.
  • 1-3 years of S&OP and Logistic related activities (customer service- demand & supply- logistic execution)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (data filters- VLOOKUP- Pivot Tables)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with excellence and simplify issues in comprehensive plan for action
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP OTC processes- ERP Programs
  • Preferably fluent in English
