About the Role
Job Description
- Design and develop training materials using the SAP Enable Now system and MS Microsoft Power Point in an extensive SAP transformation.
- Design and develop training materials such as system simulations, job aids, and e-learning modules, updating and maintaining the training content as needed.
- Collaborate with the Change Management team, Subject matter experts, process leads, and other stakeholders to ensure that the training solutions meet the business requirements and learning goals.
- Conduct formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment, including classroom setup or visuals, courseware, and instructor readiness.
- Able to record end-to-end simulations in SAP Enable now.
- Provide insights on future capabilities requirements based on the scope of the SAP
- Knowledge of SAP Enable Now cloud solution functionality is a must, even though we will provide the necessary upskilling and training
- SAP S4 general knowledge is a must
- Able to coach and mentor team members in best practice.
- Customize the look and feel of Goldilocks learning content using styles, settings and sustainable templates.
- Ability to work in English is required.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology is a plus.
