Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Supply Chain Analytics team at Kraft Heinz. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of supply chain analytics solutions, working closely with global process leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Your expertise in product ownership, supply chain analytics, and agile methodologies will help us deliver high-impact solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Roadmap:

    – Collaborate with global process leads to build and maintain the BSG (Business Solution Governance) package and roadmap for supply chain analytics solutions.

    – Develop and prioritize product backlog based on business requirements and stakeholder input.

2. Data Discovery and Analysis:

    – Assist in data discovery and analysis with data scientists and data analysts to identify business needs and opportunities.

    – Ensure data-driven decision-making and solution development.

3. Product Design and Development:

    – Own product functional design and wireframe readiness in alignment with global process leads, ensuring UI/UX best practices.

    – Develop and maintain product requirements documentation.

4. Agile Delivery:

    – Develop and execute agile delivery strategies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and review.

    – Own ongoing delivery and results, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.

5. Resource Planning and Management:

    – Resource plan through sprint and program increment (PI) planning.

    – Provide visibility on timeline, progress, risks, and action plans to stakeholders.

6. Governance and Adoption:

    – Implement governance frameworks to ensure stakeholder adoption and solution effectiveness.

    – Track adoption and provide insights to stakeholders.

7. Product Delivery and POD Management:

    – Own delivery of multiple products or product pods, ensuring successful outcomes and business value realization.

Requirements:

– Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field.

– Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in supply chain analytics or a related field.

– Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product development lifecycle.

– Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

– Experience with supply chain analytics tools and technologies.

– Knowledge of data analytics and data science concepts.

– Certification in product ownership, agile methodologies, or supply chain management.
